Квалифицированная рабочая сила – основа интенсивного, устойчивого и сбалансированного экономического роста

Одобренная Группой двадцати Стратегия в области профессиональной подготовки кадров, подготовленная МОТ в партнерстве с другими международными организациями, в частности ОЭСР и ЮНЕСКО, а также организациями работодателей и профсоюзами, содержит ответы на вопросы, зачем и как обучать рабочую силу профессиональным навыкам, необходимым для интенсивного, устойчивого и сбалансированного роста. Основываясь на «Рекомендации в отношении профессиональных навыков, необходимых для повышения производительности, роста занятости и развития экономики», принятых на Международной конференции труда в июне 2008 года, данная стратегия содержит описание основных составных элементов адекватной стратегии и политики в области профессиональной подготовки.
