Norway-ILO Programme Cooperation Agreement 2016-17

This report provides an overview of the ILO programmes supported by the Norway-ILO Programme Cooperation Agreement 2016-17, as well as an update on progress made in 2016 towards the achievement of ILO’s biennial goals. In 2016–17, Norway provided a contribution of NOK 80 million through a combination of different funding modalities, including unearmarked core contributions and lightly earmarked thematic funding with a focus on skills development, including the provision of vocational and professional training and education. Specific sections highlighting results achieved in Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania are also included.
