Lifelong learning and skills development: Interview with Dr. Paul Ryan (Video)

A landmark report issued by the ILO Global Commission on the Future of Work recommends, among others, a universal entitlement to lifelong learning that enables people to skill, reskill and upskill. In this interview Dr. Paul Ryan, Fellow, King’s College, University of Cambridge, discusses key issues on the topic of lifelong learning such as establishing priorities, ensuring quality lifelong learning, and the challenges ahead.
